Adan Colunga, age 37, passed away on July 12, 2014.
Adan was born on November 13, 1976 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Pedro B. and Jesusa Figueroa Colunga. He was an outgoing, happy person, had many friends and gave a lot of love. Adan could always make a person laugh. He will be missed by all who knew him. Adan is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Gilbert Colunga.
He is survived by his children, Jessica Soledad Colunga, Adan Colunga Jr., both of Corpus Christi, Texas; brothers and sisters, Pedro F. Colunga (Graciela Barrera), Johnny Joe Colunga, Susie Garcia (Robert), Laura Ann Gomez (Robert David); numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday, July 21, 2014 at Seaside Reid Chapel, 4357 Ocean Dr., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Interment to follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be: Christopher Joseph Perez, Marcus Colunga, Christopher Colunga, Adan Colunga Jr., Pedro F. Colunga and Carlos Cabrera.
