Antonio C. Lopez went to be with our Lord on August 11, 2017 at the age of 62 after a long battle with cancer. He left this world surrounded by his family and all who loved him.
He is preceded in death by his parents Francisco Lopez Sr. and Trinidad C. Lopez and his son Robert Adam Lopez. Our beloved “Uncle Tone” will forever be remembered by his devoted brothers and sisters Lazaro (Mary) Lopez, Maria Martinez, Francisco Lopez, Robert (Raquel) Lopez, Gloria Rodarte, Jose (Elena) Lopez, Carmen (Jose) Rosales, Stephanie Fannie Lopez Sandoval (
Daniel), Gilbert Lopez Sr., Edward (Elisa) Lopez, Roy (Norma) Gonzales, Dorothy (Gilbert) Ortiz, Lorraine (Johnny) Turinicio. Also, left behind to cherish his memory are his children, Antonio Jr., Randy, Andy, Ruby, and Toni Joe Lopez; numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know him. Tone was an avid sports fan and loved the Dallas Cowboys, San Antonio Spurs, and the Houston Astros.
He touched the lives of many with his smile and generosity, and maintained his sense of humor all the way to the end.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home with a Prayer Service to be held at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 18, 2017 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home.
Interment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
