Victor Garcia

Victor Tovar Garcia, age 45, was called to Heaven on March 12, 2023. He was born the son of Liborio and Elosia Garcia on July 14, 1977 in Buenavista Gudalcazar, S.L.P.


Victor is survived by his wife Margarita Clark Garcia, daughters, Stephanie (Zack) Rayford, Elizabeth Garcia (Daniel) Alvarez, grandchildren, Christine Gentry, Luna Rayford, Castiel Rayford, Chico Alvarez, siblings, Maria del Rosario (Adan) DeLeon, Sonia (Sebastian) Hernandez, Rebeca (Arturo) Castaneda, Cristina (Alfonso) Requena.


Victor attended high school in Faribautt, Minnesota. He worked in foundation and home repair for over 25 years. He loved spending time with his wife and two daughters, but most of all

Victor loved his animals. He loved watching his favorite football team, the Houston Texans, lose every Sunday. When he wasn’t working, he loved to bar-b-q while listening to music and drinking a cold beer outside his house with his wife. He loved picking up his granddaughter and taking her shopping. He also loved going on family vacations. Victor was always a happy person, always smiling, and always tried to help people out if he could. He always saw the best in people, and could always make people laugh with his crazy jokes.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Vidal Tovar Facundo, Martina Arguello Villanueba, paternal grandparents, Guadalupe Garcia Salazar, Nicolaas Zuniga Torres.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home, with a Holy Rosary and Funeral Service to be held at 6:45 p.m. that same evening. Services will conclude that evening.
