SanJuana Luna, age 46, passed away on September 4, 2021. She was born on January 17, 1975. She was the wife of Thomas Lowke. They shared 4 beautiful years together.
Born in Petersburg, Texas, she was the daughter of Javier Lara and Maria Lara. She attended Carroll High School and got her GED. She was employed at the Nueces County Detention Center and worked as a Detention Officer.
SanJuana attended the Church Unlimited Broadcast Campus. Her favorite activities included morning walks, reading a good book, sleeping in on rainy days, family gatherings and of course devoting herself to the Word of the Lord.
She will be remembered in her strength, working her way up to support not just herself but her family, her support, she believed whatever you put your mind to can be accomplished, and her fearlessness to brave the unknown and try new things!
She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Cerilia Montalvo, her mother, Maria Lara, her sister, Eva Lara and her niece, Briana Sanchez.
SanJuana is survived by her husband, Thomas Lowke and children, Emily Luna, John Luna, Noel Luna (Maggie), Gabriel Luna and Jaime Luna. Also her grandchildren, Serenity Luna and Isabella Luna. Not to mention her cat that she loved like a 6th child, Sylvester.
