Samuel Posas

Samuel Posas, age 42, passed away on January 3, 2022. Big Sam was born on December 20, 1979 to Samuel Cuellar and Patricia Posas Velasquez.
He enjoyed fishing, he was an avid Dallas Cowboy’s fan, loved his children, and was a mama’s boy.
Samuel is preceded in death by his father Samuel Cuellar, grandmother Dora Cuellar, and grandfather Manuel Posas.
Samuel is survived by his mother Patricia Velasquez, wife Michelle Posas, seven children; Samuel Posas, Mark Posas, Danielle Posas, Leeroy Posas, Gabriella “Gabby” Posas, Diamond Posas, and Mary Jane Posas, two grandchildren; Zhavia Posas and King Posas, grandfather Israel Cuellar, siblings; Dora Rodriguez, Josie Posas, Andrew Posas, Israel Posas, Amanda Whitlock, Mark Molina, Carlos Cuellar, Tony Cuellar, Gilbert Cuellar, Michael Cuellar, Stephanie Cuellar, Sabrina Cuellar, Richard Cuellar and Sam Olivo, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 27, 2022. Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday January 28, 2022 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
