Rolando G. Munoz

Rolando G. Munoz, age 52, passed away on Monday, April 19, 2021 and he was born on July 10, 1968. He was a loving Husband and dedicated father as well as a caring brother, uncle, grandfather, and friend to many.
Rolando not only impacted the lives of his friends and family but also left his mark on the local music scene. He was an immensely talented and gifted drummer and musician, who played in many bands and projects throughout the course of his life. He was a very hard worker, many people said they had never seen a work ethic quite like his.
Rolando Munoz was known as a kind hearted, warm, and selfless man who would go to the ends of the Earth for the people he loved. He was a light in the lives of everyone he knew. He will truly be missed, but we carry him in our hearts every second of every day.
Rolando Munoz is survived by his wife, of 31 years, Roseann Munoz, his four children, Gabrielle Munoz (Jeremiah Jimenez), Roland Munoz Jr (April Martinez), Felicity Munoz, and Ryan Munoz. He is also survived by his 2 grandchildren, Sofia Munoz and Riley Munoz.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Monday, April 26, 2021 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm that same evening. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at St. Joseph Catholic Church . Interment to follow at Seaside Memorial park.
Having the distinguished honor to serve as pallbearers are Roland Munoz Jr, Ryan Munoz, Joey Villarreal, Ernest Estrada, Jeremiah Jimenez, and Jeff Hays.
