Roland Alvarado

Roland Alvarado, age 62, passed away August 29, 2021. He was born November 6, 1958 to Sofia Chavana and Oscar Alvarado. He was raised in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Roland was employed by Lacks for 20 years to support his family. Roland enjoyed listening to music, having a good time with friends and family, and drinking a beer. He will always be remembered for the love he had for watching his favorite football team, the Cowboys. He also liked spending quality time with his grandkids.

Roland is preceded in death by his mother, Sofia Chavana, father, Oscar Alvarado, two brothers, Roger Alvarado and Richard Alvarado, and his son, Mark Alvarado.

Roland is survived by his two sons, Michael Lee (Krystal) Alvarado and Roland Alvarado Jr., thirteen grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with a funeral service at 7:00 p.m. that same evening, on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home. Services will conclude that evening.
