Roberto Lopez

Roberto Lopez, age 69, passed away April 24, 2022. He was born on August 20, 1952 to Ignacio and Alicia Lopez. He graduated Mathis HS in 1973. He enlisted in the Marine Corps from 1973 to 1977. He was a retired welder.
He will always be remembered for his hard work, his sense of humor, his devotion to his kids, his love of music and poetry, fishing, playing the guitar and singing. He was a loving father. 
He is proceeded in death by Ygnacio and Amada Moncibias (Grandparents), Alicia (Sister), Elida (Sister), Roberto (Brother).
Roberto Lopez was survived by his son Robert A Lopez and daughters Cynthia Olvera, Audrey Lopez, Margie Macias and Vanessa Martinez. Grandchildren Celena, Emilio, Marisela, Regina, Belinda, Robert Jr., Clarissa, Kairi, Aulani, Christina, Aaralyn, Payton, Noah and Adakin. Numerous Great-Grandchildren and Mario Lopez (Brother), Angie (Sister), Teresa Lopez (Sister), Travis Lopez (Brother), and Lisa Rison (Sister).

Memorial will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on May 29th at Corpus Christi Funeral Home. Placing of the ashes will be held at Coastal Bend Veterans Cemetery on May 31st at 11 a.m.
