Obituary
On Saturday, July 20, 2019 Robert “Bobby” C. Ramos age 80, of Flour Bluff ascended into heaven where he joined his heavenly family, his parents: Irene Castellano Ramos and Jose Castellano Ramos Sr. His sisters: Mary Alice Adames and Rose Mary Alvarez. His brothers Joe Ramos, Jr. and Antonio “Tony” Ramos.
Bobby was born in Gonzales, TX to Irene and Jose Ramos on August 26, 1938 in Gonzales, TX. He graduated from Gonzales High School at early age, and excelled at several sports and you never saw Bobby without a book in his hand. It was rumored that he even read the whole Gonzales High School Library.
Bobby served in the United States Air Force for 4 years. He served with the Small
Business Administration helping small business for almost a decade. He became a successful business owner as well.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory Sons: Michael, Danny and Gabriel. Mother in law: Petra Ramos;.Siblings: Josephine Enriquez, Julia Ramos Vera, Ruben Ramos and Johnny Ramos. Also, several nieces and nephews too numerous to mention.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday, July 29, 2019 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Gonzales, Texas.
Interment to follow at Gonzales Memorial Park in Gonzales, Texas.
