Oscar Pulido-Velazquez

Oscar Pulido Velazquez, age 66, passed away on Saturday, August 18, 2018 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Oscar was born on January 3, 1952 in Cerralvo, Nuevo Leon, Mexico to Eusebio Pulido Recio and Rebeca Velazquez. He was a retired machine operator in construction and enjoyed fishing, BBQ’s and the outdoors. Oscar was an amazing cook and loved making great meals for his family and friends. He was very social and could spark up a conversation with almost anyone anywhere at any time. He was loved by many and would make the best of any bad situation. He didn’t have much, but never left anyone in need. Oscar always saw the silver lining at hard times. He will be missed greatly by his family.
He is survived by his sons, Oscar Pulido Barrera, Jr., Eusebio Pulido Barrera, Celso Pulido Barrera, Julian Pulido Barrera, Gilberto Pulido Barrera; 3 grandchildren, Rebecca, Lucero, Oddalis; numerous brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, August 24, 2018 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home.
