Orlando Flores

Orlando (Gord) Flores 58, passed away on October 8, 2021. Orlando Flores was born on February 10, 1963 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Oscar Flores and Norma Yolanda Flores. He was a proud Roy Miller High School graduate class of 1981. Orlando Flores was a memorable employee by Interstate Towing; He Serviced the Corpus Christi Community and surrounding areas for over 25 years, towing and hauling vehicles and was always willing to lend a helping hand.

Orlando Flores was a generous man with a heart of gold. He was very passionate and devoted to his family, family was everything to him. He enjoyed turning on his BBQ pit for various occasions, Including parties, football games, and family gatherings. He loved the Dallas Cowboys and will always be remembered as a true die hard fan!

Orlando Flores is preceded in death by his father Oscar Flores, his sister Norma Jean (Flores) Garibay.

Orlando Flores is survived by his wife, Elma Linda Flores, Children: Daughter, Norma Desirae (Sabrina) Flores, Son, Orlando Flores Jr., Grandchildren, Abigail Navarro Flores, Isaiah Navarro Flores, Sarinalynn Navarro Flores. His Mother, Norma Yolanda Flores; and Mother In Law, Norma Linda Balderas. Brothers, Richard (Rachel) Flores, Oscar Flores, Arturo Flores. Including many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 5pm-9pm on Friday October 29, 2021 at the Corpus Christi Funeral Home. A Prayer Service will be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Pastor Paul Martinez that same evening. On Saturday the following day the Funeral Service will be held at 11:30 a.m. by Pastor Isaias Sanchez at the Corpus Christi Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Rosehill Cemetary.

Having the distinguished honor of serving as an Honorary pallbearer is his Grandson Isaiah Flores. Pallbearers his son Orlando Flores Jr., Richard Flores Jr., Arturo Flores, Adrian Flores, Johnny Arrendondo Jr., Johnny Arrendondo Sr., James Plemons.
