Ofelia Yvette Reyna-Hubbard

Yvette Reyna-Hubbard, age 51, passed away on November 17, 2018 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Ofelia Yvette Reyna was born on October 8, 1967 to Alvino and Ofelia Reyna. She graduated from West Oso High School in 1986. Yvette was employed by Taft I.S.D. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She also enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys, party planning, helping and supporting troubled youths (family services). Yvette will always be remembered for being the life of the party, contagious laughter, her great sense of humor, positive and optimistic attitude, her kindness and generosity, unique sense of style and sassy attitude. Yvette was a loving mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. Yvette Hubbard is preceded in death by her sisters, Solia Reyna-Jackson, Virginia R. Kean and her parents, Alvino & Ofelia Reyna.
Yvette is survived by her husband of 23 years, Victor L. Hubbard, 2 daughters, Victoria Skyy Reyna, Evelyn D. Hubbard; son, Diego A.R. Hubbard; granddaughter, Bella, grandson, Jaylen, and a granddaughter on the wasy; 4 sisters, Barbara (Alonzo) Gonzalez, Genie (Jose) Elizalde, Maxie (Nieves) Moreno, Sylvia (Jose) Del Rio; 3 brothers Mario (Joyce) Reyna, Rudy (Elva) Reyna, Alvino III (Diana) Reyna; and over 100 nieces and nephews that she loved and cherished.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, November 23, 2018 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home.
