Miguel Angel Zavala

Miguel Angel Zavala, age 41, passed away on May 3, 2022. He was born on December 31, 1980 to Luz M. Saenz and Carlos Zavala. He graduated from Mary Carroll High School in 1999.
Miguel “Mykee” was employed by AutoZone. Mykee enjoyed building and riding motorcycles, spending time with his wife, children and family, traveling, and putting smiles on people’s faces.
He will always be remembered for his sense of adventure, service in the community, devotion to family, his love for motorcycles, and his sense of humor. Mykee was a loving father, son, brother, friend, and husband.
Miguel Angel Zavala is preceded in death by his grandparents, Isidro Segura and Celedonia Segura.
Miguel is survived by his wife, Rose Diaz, children; Angelina Zavala, Michael Zavala, Angel Zavala, and Christian Zavala, his mother, Luz M. Saenz, brother, Juan C. Zavala, his stepfather, Paul Saenz, his stepbrother, Ernest P. Saenz, his father, Carlos Zavala, niece and nephew; Leora Gomez and Eli Gomez.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. that same evening at Corpus Christi Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at Christ the King Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
