Mary Briones

Mary Botello Briones, age 65, passed away on March 22, 2019. Mary was born on May 7, 1953 to Emma and Antonio Botello in Corpus Christi, Texas where she remained a lifelong resident.

Mary was a loving partner, mother, grandmother, daughter, aunt, cousin and friend who was always there for anyone in need. She was very family oriented and was always looking forward to the next gathering that would allow her to spend time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed pets, music, dancing, sweets, and dining out.

Her family is at peace knowing she is dancing in heaven pain free with her pets, and eating whatever the hell she wants.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents Emma and Antonio Botello Sr., her sister Maryann Botello, and her brother Antonio Botello Jr.  

She is survived by her longtime partner and soulmate Eusebio Ramos, four children and their spouses: Margaret (Frank) Canto, Melissa (Gerardo) Badillo, Jeanette (Robert) Gregg, Alex (Velma) Briones, five grandchildren: Jerry and Patrick Henke, Vivian Briones, and Parker and Preston Gregg, and five siblings: Bobby, Leo, and Roland Botello, and John and Herminia Leal.

Visitation will be held from 4:00pm to 9:00pm on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home with a Rosary will be recited at 7:00pm that same evening.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home.

Interment to follow at 2:30pm at Seaside Memorial Park.
