Mark Anthony Clark

Mark Anthony Clark, age 49, passed away on May 11, 2022. Mark was born on February 27, 1973 to Martin and Ninfa Clark Sr., in Corpus Christi, TX.
Mark was proud to receive his GED in 2002 at the age of 29. Mark was employed by Haas Anderson Construction LTD.
Mark was so much more than his struggles. He never had kids of his own but devoted himself to be the very best uncle and surely was the favorite. He loved to dance, write, and could spend hours in the sun especially at the beach. He never knew a stranger and would always make you feel welcomed. He would do anything for a laugh and always enjoyed a good dare. Anyone that truly knew him, knew he had such a big heart. He’d give you anything even if it wasn’t his to give. He could make you laugh even when you were mad at him. He was tough shell with an emotional soul and was fast to forgive. He preferred a night with his siblings/ family singing and drinking listening to his favorite Tejano music. He will always be remembered by his gorgeous smile, loud laugh, the love he gave, and a diehard Cowboys fan.
Mark will be tremendously missed by all but most by his loving mother who spent every morning with him enjoying their conversations while she prepared his breakfast and lunch for work.
Mark was a loving son, brother (brother in law), uncle, cousin, and friend.
Mark is survived by his mother Ninfa R. Clark. Brothers: Martin R. Clark Jr., Michael L. Clark Sr. (Christine), Matthew R. Clark. Sisters: Melinda R. Clark, Michelle A. Sosa (Jimmy), Melissa A. Clark-Gonzalez (Michael). – Melissa Ruiz Lopez (Edward), Juan Ruiz - Numerous nieces and nephews.
Mark was greeted in heaven gates by his father Martin H. Clark Sr., and uncle Joe Luis Clark Sr. (“Yogi”), and both maternal/paternal grandparents.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home, with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Rose Hill Memorial. Park.
Having the distinguished honor to serve as pallbearers are Marcos Hernandez, Anthony Rios, David Colunga Jr., Brandon Saragoza, Cleo Seabreak, Kevin Gonzales, Jonathan Griffin, Tres Luna.
Walking behind honoring Mark will be his two brothers Martin R. Clark Jr., and Michael L. Clark Sr.
