Margaretha Mondragon

Margaretha Penner Mondragon, 85, was born on a farm not far from Fairview, Oklahoma. She left this world on July 11, 2021 to join her parents and siblings in heave. She attended Enid Business College in Enid, Oklahoma and Gulf Coast Bible College in Houston, Texas where she met her husband, Lorenzo with whom she shared her life for 55 years in pastoral ministry as well as missionary service in Venezuela from 1994-2006.

Margaretha is survived by her husband, Lorenzo, and sisters, Penny Brown, Elizabeth Goodrich, Esther Thomas and brothers, Ruben Penner and Ervin Penner.

After missionary service, she and her husband retired and served as part time pastors of the Christian Outreach Church of God in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 15, 2021 with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m., that same evening, at Corpus Christi Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 16, 2021 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
