Marco Antonio Bocanegra

Marco Antonio Izaguirre-Bocanegra, age 46 passed away on October 12, 2019. Marco was born on September 2, 1973 to Filiberto and Elvira Bocanegra. He graduated from Roy Miller High School in 1994. Marco was employed by Turner Industries. He enjoyed barbecues, watching football, drinking with family and friends. He will always be remembered for his love of laugher, sense of adventure, and devotion to family. He was a loving father, son, brother and cousin.
Marco is preceded in death by his mother, Elvira Bocanegra.
Marco is survived by his father, Filiberto Bocanegra; son, James Bocanegra (Destiny) and brother, Juan Bocanegra (Jessica); sister, Nora Martinez (Jesus), Gabriela Arambula (girlfriend); grandchildren, Khloee, Andrew, Jeremiah; niece and nephews Joshua, John Luis, Isaiah, Anthony, Rebecca, Jacob, Mateo, Joel, Julius, Darrianna, Drae’Lynn, Da’Marri, Rei’na, Daniella, Erika, Elizabeth, Juan and Matthew Yanez.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, October 18, 2019 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home, with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
