Lee Andrew Fowler Jr. “Lil Jr.”, age 51, departed from the life on June 03, 2017 unexpectedly in his home. He was born April 04, 1966 to Lillian and Willie Fowler. He was raised in Corpus Christi, Texas where he attended Moody High School.

While residing in Corpus Christi he was a Certified Welder for more than 15 years. He was employed by Bechtal Contractor as a Commercial Truck Driver. He was joined in Holy matrimony to the love of his life, who he loved unconditionally Keethia L. Fowler on July 17, 2008.

Lee enjoyed performing restoration on antique cars, traveling, site-seeing, and spending time with his family. He will be remembered for his heartfelt advice, big wonderful smile and loving spirit. He was a loving son, husband, father, brother, uncle, and grandpa. Lee was inspired by the word of God and became a faithful member of Calvary First Baptist Church under the leadership of his Pastor, he greatly respected and admired Pastor C.E. Richardson Sr. Lee would sit in the pew and witness for the Lord.
Lee is preceded in death by his father Willie Andrew Fowler , both grandmothers Mattie Belle Fowler and Charlene (Nancy) Powell, both grandfathers, Andrew Fowler and Robert B. Powell and grandson Kei’Dyn Lewis.

Lee leaves to cherish his memories his loving and devoted soulmate Keethia L. Fowler of Corpus Christi, TX; mother Lillian M. Fowler of Corpus Christi, TX; sister Melinda (Wilbert) Anderson of Smithville, TX; two daughters Tenasha R. Jackson of Corpus Christi, TX, and Marcedis D. Jackson of Newport News, VA; two step-daughters Lakysha Mosley of Houston, TX, and Martysha (Darrell) Scranton of Houston, TX; one and only niece Tabathia Cooks of Smithville, TX; four grandsons Ka’Den and Kei’Dyn Lewis, Matthew Miller Jr., Lan’Dyn Delane-Jackson, Kam’ryn S. Davis; two step-granddaughters Arayla E’lynn and Amary’s Evonn Scranton, Godmother Patricia Kyser as well as a host of aunts and uncles. He leaves to cherish his memory the Calvary First Baptist Church Family which he loved.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday, June 16, 2017 at Calvary First Baptist Church with a Prayer Service to be held at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Calvary First Baptist Church with Pastor C.E. Richardson officiating, arrangements are being made by Corpus Christi Funeral Home.
