Juan G. Torres, age 74, passed away on Tuesday, November 27. 2018 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Juan was born on October 19, 1944 to Jose Torres and Ramona Garcia. He was self-employed painter/carpenter. Juan enjoyed fishing, gambling, golfing and was a pool shark. He will always be remembered for his devotion to his family, making jokes, always with his daughters and grandchildren and loved to eat a lot of papas. Juan G. Torres is preceded by his father, Jose Torres and mother Ramona Garcia.
Juan G. Torres is survived by his children, Rosemary Croce, Juan Torres Jr., Carolina Torres, Ramsey Torres, and Lisa Ann Torres; his sisters Enedina Valdez, Francisca Ramirez; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Corpus Christi Funeral Home on Sunday, December 2, 2018 with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 3, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Interment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
