Juan S. Harris

Juan Harris, age 69, passed away on September 9, 2023. He was born on May 4, 1954 to Felix and Adelina Harris. He graduated from Miller High School. Juan enjoyed carpentry which he built furniture and toys for his family.

He will always be remembered for his sense of humor and unlimited jokes and his love and devotion to his family. Juan was a loving father.

Juan is preceded in death by Felix Harris, Adelina Harris, Tony Harris, Roy Harris, Pete Harris, George Perez, Gloria Amaro, Josie Benavidez, Juana Posada, Julia Bernal, Felix Harris Jr. and Trinidad Harris.

He is survived by his wife, Maria S. Harris, children, Johnny Harris, Georgina Harris, Jordan Harris, James Harris, stepchildren, Sylvia A. Martinez, Alonso Aguilar, grandchildren, Jordan Harris, Johanna Harris, Logan Harris, Katherine Ortiz, Michael Harris, John Harris, Kristopher Harris, Aidan Harris, Katherine Ulmer, Elly Ulmer, Lee Anthony Martinez Jr., John David Hernandez, Emerald Hernandez, Marissa M. Vasquez, great-grandchildren, Leona Ray Vasquez, brother and sisters, Isabel H. DeLosSantos, Olga DeLaCruz and Adelina H. DeLeon.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, September 15, 2023 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at Our Lady of Pilar Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Memorial Park in Robstown.

Having the distinguished honor to serve as pallbearers are, Richard Harris, Michael Harris, Gilbert Martinez, Jacob Harris, Steven Benavidez and Julian Valdez.
