Obituary
Josefa N. Garcia, age 89, passed away on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Josefa was born on April 4, 1929 in Runge, Texas to Miguel Noyola and Fidela Ramirez Noyola. She enjoyed family gatherings, bingo, sewing and Moody Baseball. Josefa is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Noe Garcia Sr. and her son Noe Garcia Jr.
She is survived by her children, Ruben Garcia, Eulalia “Lolly” Martinez (Joe), Florinda Savedra (Roy), Linda Robles (Roby), Belinda Herrera (Larry), Rosalinda Nesmith (Frank); 12 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren; her brother, Bennie Noyola (Maria); numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 8, 2018 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home with a Rosary to be recited at 7 pm that same evening.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 9, 2018 at Holy Family Catholic Church.
Interment will follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be: Rene Garcia, Gabriel Martinez, Michael Martinez, Lorisa Ortiz, Joe Gabe Martinez, Lorenzo Herrera V, Jacob Paz and Jason Paz.
Honorary Pallbearers are C.J. Trevino and Christian Noe Garcia.
