John A. Becker

John Alexander Becker, age 81, passed away September 1, 2019. He was a loving husband, father, uncle and grandfather. John worked for the New York City Housing Authority as a glazier. He was a hard-working man and enjoyed tinkering in his garage. He always provided for his family and was there for anyone in need.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Doris V. Becker, parents, Emil and Margaret Becker, sister, Margaret Falzone and brother, Emil Becker and great-granddaughter, Madison Spray.
John is survived by his children, Neil Rowe of Rockaway, New York, Dawn (Charles) Elliott of Corpus Christi and John Becker of Long Island, New York, grandchildren, Courtney, Robert, Ryan, Nicholas, Amanda, Anthony, Jennie (Mat), great grandchildren, Marley and Jonah “on the way” and numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home, a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, September 09, 2019 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
