Johana Ramirez

Johana Ramirez passed away after a hard fought battle with cancer at the age of 44. She was a loving and caring person to all who met her and the most important thing to her were her kids. She was born December 8, 1977 to her mother Maribel & father Juan Enrique Horta. She was a CMA and worked as a caregiver for the past 4 years. She was a loving and giving person to all who knew her.
She loved the lord and praised him all the time. She loved going out anywhere, whether it was the park, movies, mall, or even just running errands as long as she was with her kids. Her kids were there for her through everything and anything she needed while she was battling cancer and this is the hardest thing that they will go through. They will be there for each other because they know that’s what she wants.
She is survived by Her Mother Maribel & Ruben Barrientos, & Father Juan Enrique Horta, Fiancé Luis Barrera, Her Children Raul, Jasmine (Fiancé Pepper), Jesus JR, Joshua, Allan, Lexi. Her Sisters Geidy (Tony), Wendy, and 8 Nephews and Nieces, Ruben Barrientos Roldan, Carlos, Danny, Emily, Crystal (Tino, Caeleigh, Heidi) Anthony, Jonathan, Gigi.
We know deep down in our hearts that she is now with her sweet angel Jaslene, and all those she touched while she was on this earth.
She is welcomed into heaven with open arms, an angel, and loving mother.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 16, 2022 followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. that same afternoon at Corpus Christi Funeral Home. Services will conclude that afternoon.
