Joaquin Casares

Joaquin Casares, III, age 55, passed away May 29, 2022. He was born September 9, 1966 to Mr. Joaquin and Mrs. Rachel (Solis) Casares Jr. Joaquin was employed by Maintenance of America. He enjoyed WWE wrestling, Dallas Cowboys, Houston Rockets, Houston Astros and spending time with family and his grandkids. He will always be remembered for his love of laughter and devotion to family. He worked really hard to provide for his family. Joaquin was a loving son, father, brother, uncle, grandfather and friend to all.

Joaquin is preceded in death by his grandparents, aunts and uncles: Cecilio R. Solis, Josefina E. Solis, Elida Castillo, Jesus Arthuro Solis, Joaquin Casares Sr., Simona R. Casares, Sylvester Casares, and Luis Ramon Casarez.

Joaquin is survived by his children: Larissa Monique Casares (Dante Brown), Jasmine Nicole Casares, Crystal Marie Casares; grandchildren: A’vonna Monique Janelle Brown, Dee’Roy Darius Casares Brown; sister: Jennifer Solis Casares; nieces and Nephews: Isaac Kain Casares, Briana Cristian, Desirae Trevino and Denise Cristian.

A rosary and memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM, Saturday, June 11, 2022 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Hospice staff and family.
