Hortencia T. Bosman

Hortencia T. Bosman, 81, received her angel wings on November 22, 2022. She was born to Pedro and Luisa Tamez on March 16, 1941 in Hebbronville, Texas. She attended Ray High School and married Johnny J. Bosman Sr. She retired from Walmart after 25 years. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, plants, cats, dogs, and most importantly spending time with family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband of 40 years Johnny J. Bosman Sr., son James and brother Roger.

She is survived by her children, Judy (Arturo) Munoz, JoAnn, Johnny Jr. (Vicki), 15 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. She will be remembered for her love of laughter, hugs, spirit and devotion to family.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. Funeral Mass will be at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at Holy Family Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
