Gilberto “Beto” Valenzuela, 55 years old, passed away Monday, September 24, 2018 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
He was born on December 3, 1962 to the late Reynaldo Valenzuela and Juanita Valenzuela in Corpus Christi, Texas. Gilberto is preceded in death by his father, Reynaldo Valenzuela.
He is survived by his mother Juanita Valenzuela; his companion Lisa Rodriguez; his children: Roy, Gilbert Jr., Blanca & Victoria; nine grandchildren; sisters, Irma (Lazaro) Gonzalez, Julie Valenzuela; brothers, Louis (Maria) Valenzuela, Ray (Lina) Valenzuela, Mario (Santos) Valenzuela; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 1, 2018 at Holy Family Catholic Church.
Interment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be: Sammy Valenzuela Jr., Miguel Valenzuela, Daniel Valenzuela, Roy Valenzuela, Gilligan Mendiola and Jerry Garcia.
