Gary Allen Johnson

Gary Allen Johnson, age 61, passed away on December 5, 2022. He was born on October 11, 1961 to Josephine Johnson and Andrew Danhibs.

Gary will always be remembered for his love for the Dallas Cowboys and the San Antonio Spurs, and his love for his family and friends. He was a loving son, brother and uncle and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Gary is preceded in death by his mother, Josephine Johnson and his father, Andrew Danhibs.

Left to cherish his memories are his brothers, Fred (Jackie) Johnson of Corpus Christi, Texas, Richard (Bo) (Detra) Johnson of Austin, Texas Andrew Johnson, John (Boom) (Mildred) Johnson of Temple, Texas and Jimmy Johnson of Corpus Christi, Texas. Gary is also survived by his sisters, Minnie Kay Johnson and Dorothy Jean Johnson of Corpus Christi, Texas, with a hostel of nieces and nephews.

Having the distinguished honor to serve as pallbearers are, Dwayne Johnson, Anthony Johnson, Richard Johnson, Jimmy Jr. Johnson, Fred Johnson and Revered Adrian Johnson. Serving as honorary pallbearers are, Richard Bo Johnson, Andrew Johnson, John Johnson, Jimmy Johnson, Fred (Jackie) Johnson and Lorenzo Ford.

Visitation will be held from 12:00pm to 1:00pm Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home Chapel with a Memorial Service to follow at 1:00pm that same evening.
