Esperanza C Herrera

Esperanza C. Herrera, age 80, passed away Saturday, November 14, 2020 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was born December 28, 1939 in Zacatecas, Mexico to Pedro and Zocorro Ceballos. She was a hard-working homemaker and enjoyed gardening. She was iron-fisted in her manner of raising her children and grandchildren yet with an extremely loving heart. She was a woman of God. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Esperanza is preceded in death by her husband, Emilio Herrera.
She is survived by her children; Maria De Jesus (Ernesto) Amaya, Maria Felix (Ricardo) Amaya, Rafael Amaya, Martha Alonzo, Juan Herrera, grandchildren; Rosalinda (Julian), Armando, Elena, Santiago, Ruth (Melvin), Esperanza, Amberly (Richard), Victor, Lesly (Carlos III), Melissa, Juan Jr., Ernest, great grandchildren; Alex, Juan Emilio, Jozyah, Makayla, Aracely, Yesenia, Natalie, Sophie, Fred, Clarisa, Marc, Sebastian, Jazmin, Alexa, Mia, Kaen, Mia Grace, Noah, Maya, Carlos IV, Exzekiel, brothers; Christopher, Juan and Jesus.

Visitation will be held from 9AM until 12PM, Monday, November 30, 2020 at Templo Jerusalem 2515 Coleman St. with a funeral service to be held at 12PM that same afternoon. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
