Elvira M. Guerra

Elvira M. Guerra, age 93, passed away on March 18, 2018 in San Antonio , Texas.
Elvira was born on November 19, 1924 in Mexico to Manuel and Guadalupe M. Gonsalez. She is preceded in death by her sons, Roberto Guerra and grandson Osvaldo Gutierrez and Jesus Sanchez.
She is survived by her children; Armando Jesus Guerra, Oscar Guerra, Luis Guerra, Maria Guerra, Beatrice Guerrero, Ruben Guerra, Socorro Guerra, Lourdes Guerra; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren; and three sisters, Gloria Melendez, Estella Melendez and Antonia Melendez.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, March 23, 2018 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home with a Rosary to be recited at 7 pm that same evening.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Saturday, March 24, 2018.
Interment will follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
