Edward R. Soto, age 62, passed away on August 22, 2017, in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Edward was born on July 22, 1955, to Baldemar and Patricia Soto. He graduated from Moody High School in Corpus Christi, Texas, in 1974. Eddie was the owner of Eddie Bears Radiator Shop. Eddie enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family. He will always be remembered for his passive nature, devotion to his family, hard-work, love for the outdoors, being an honest businessman, and the love he had for his grandchildren. Eddie was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and an all-around good person. Eddie is preceded in death by his parents Baldemar and Patricia Soto, grandfather Juan S. Flores ”Apa”, and father-in-law George Mejia Sr.

Eddie is survived by his wife of 37 years Lisa, kids Nick, Eddie (Michelle) Soto, Pearl (Jeremy) De Anda; grandkids Cierrah, Michael, Jordan, Aliannah, and Jazmyn Dream.

Visitation will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 05, 2017, at Corpus Christi Funeral Home.

A Funeral  Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday,  September 05, 2017, at Corpus Christi Funeral Home.

Interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
