David Canales DeLeon

Our little angel, David Canales DeLeon, 4 months, beloved infant son of Higinio Canales DeLeon, III and April Flores, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away June 5, 2021. He was our precious son, brother, grandson, great-grandson, great-great grandson, nephew, great nephew and cousin. He will always be remembered for his big smile. He was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
David is preceded in death by his great-grandfather, David Garza Canales, great-grandmother, Caritina DeLeon, great-grandfather, Abelardo Flores, great-grandfather, Reynaldo Leal and uncle, Reynaldo DeLeon.
Left behind to cherish David’s memory is his mother, April Flores, father, Higinio Canales DeLeon III, two brothers, Reynaldo DeLeon and Christopher DeLeon, grandparents, Christine Canales DeLeon, Higinio Deleon, Jr., Jessica Flores, Adrian Flores, great-grandparents, Oralia and Frank Lopez, Beatrice Flores, Higinio DeLeon, Sr. (Sandra), Magdalena Hernandez, Diana Canales, great-great-grandmothers, Beatrice Leal, Aurora DeLeon, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at Reid Chapel in Seaside Memorial Park. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at Reid Chapel. Interment to follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
