Bill Lee Ritchey

It is with great sadness that the family of Bill Lee Ritchey announces his passing on December 6, 2022 after a brave battle of cancer. Bill was born September 8, 1957 in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Bill Attended Richard King High School. He retired from a long career as a level 3 NDT Technician, he spent the majority of his career at Wilson Inspection X-Ray services. Bill was a hard dedicated worker that never missed a day.

Bill had a passion and love for the beach and fishing. He taught his daughter, Samantha and his son, Jesse how to fish and everything there is to know and love about the beach and fishing.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents, J.D. Ritchey and Virginia Ritchey and his brother George Ritchey.

Bill is survived by his children, Samantha Ritchey (Darrick Gonzales), Jesse Ritchey, two beautiful granddaughters, Isabella Ritchey and Kyra Gonzales. He is also survived by his sisters, Laura Phillips of Virginia and Judy Parker (Craig) of New Caney, Texas.

The family will hold a memorial service on the Padre Island Beach at a later time.
