Anna Marie Garcia

Anna Marie Garcia, age 83, passed away on September 29, 2021. She was born on July 13, 1938 to Mr. Guadalupe and Consuelo Castillo. She attended London School in London, Texas. Anna worked in the medical field and was a dedicated housewife, mother and grandmother. Anna enjoyed life including bowling, gambling, bingo, playing cards and spending time doing word search puzzles. She will always be remembered for her sense of adventure, humor and her devotion to family. Anna was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, mother-in-law, and great-grandmother. Her children were her LIFE!
Anna is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Guadalupe and Consuelo Castillo and her beloved siblings.
Anna is survived by her husband, Bernave “Chito” Garcia, children, Yolanda (Beto) Hernandez, Erica (Jason) Garcia, Eddie Garcia, daughter-in-law, Norma Garcia, grandchildren, Anna Marie, Jennifer, Tiffany, Ryan, Edward, Mariah, Jewelz, Chance and eight great-grandchildren, five brothers, three sisters, and was blessed with numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. for immediate family only, public visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 9, 2021with a Memorial Rosary at 6:00 p.m. that same evening at Corpus Christi Funeral Home, 2409 Baldwin Blvd, Corpus Christi, Texas 78405. Services will conclude that evening.
