Angelita Perez

Angelita Perez known as “Angie” to her friends, passed away on May 15, 2018.
She is preceded in death by her Mother Esther Gonzalez, Sister Melida Garza and her beloved Niece Cindy “Garza” Sanchez.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years of marriage, Emilio “Cody” Perez, Jr., her only son Gerardo “Jerry” Perez and her loving granddaughter Cienna Perez and her Brother Martin (Sylvia) Crisantes.
Angelita Perez was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on August 2, 1936 and was a graduate of Miller High School. She enjoyed playing Bunco once a month with her friends and enjoyed visiting Las Vegas with her husband. Throughout her life, Angelita “Angie” was known as Aunt Angie to her numerous nieces and nephews who will dearly miss her.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, May 18, 2018 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Interment will follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
