Sandra Estrada De La Garza, 56, was called Home Thursday, January 11, 2018. Sandra was born in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Sandra is preceded in death by her parents Eloy and Lita Estrada.
She was a beloved wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She loved to teach and enjoyed spending time at bingo and the casino. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy. She lived for them everyday. She was a strong woman and a fighter.
She was survived by her husband Salvador De La Garza Jr. children; Sal De La Garza III and Perla Monroy (Michael); grandchildren Donevan, Persephanie, Lyric , Giovanni; siblings; Eloy Estrada III (Rosa), Brenda Estrada Yanez, Xavier Estrada (JoAnn), Analilia Lozano (Robert) and numerous nephews and nieces. She will be dearly missed.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 17, 2018 from 5:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. with a Rosary recited AT 7:00 P.M. the same evening at Corpus Christi Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, January 18, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Interment will follow at RoseHill Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Michael Monroy, Javier Xavier Estrada, Alejandro Cabrera, Jason De La Garza, Saul Ortiz, Simon Ortiz and Frank Alejandro
