Pearl Ivory Franks, better known as “Sweety”, has answered the Master call on August 11, 2017. She was born on May 21, 1943, to the late Ben and Pearl Campbell. She moved to Corpus Christi, Texas to be with her sister. She met the love of her life, Moses Ellies Franks, who help her raise her two children. She began her Christian Journey at the Friendship B.C. under the leadership of Rev. J.R. Miller. She preceded in death by her parent Ben& Pearl Campbell, her loving husband Moses Franks of 23 years, brother William McKinley Campbell, and great-granddaughter Ivory K. Campbell.
She leaves to cherish her memories her loving children Pearl Ivory Jackson and Murphy Ben (Joann) Campbell Sr., two sisters Laura L. Durham and Hattie L. Brown, two brothers Alexander Ben Campbell and Nevine Floyd Campbell ; grandchildren Murphy Ben Campbell Jr., Tierra Edwards, Rodney Bo Campbell, and Pearl Ivory Davis; as well as two great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews and cousins, two God-children Marcus Flemming and Jasmine Mosley.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, August 18, 2017, at Corpus Christi Funeral Home.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 19, 2017, at Friendship Baptist Church.
Interment to follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
