Norma Jean Cavazos

Norma Jean Cavazos, age 58, passed away on Monday, March 11, 2018. She was born on September 7, 1959 to Juan and Annie Marie Sanchez. She graduated from Foy H. Moody High School in 1979.
Norma was employed by JC Penny and was a supervisor. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren. She will always be remembered for her kindness, sense of humor, devotion to her family, compassion, and her generosity to everyone she knew. Norma was a loving, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She loved her life and lived it to the fullest; she loved every single person she knew. Norma is preceded in death by her parents, Juan C. and Annie Marie Sanchez, son, Antonio Cavazos, Jr., brothers, John and Joe Sanchez, and sister, Marie Antoinette Maldonado. Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Antonio Cavazos, daughters, Priscilla and Brittany Cavazos, grandson, Daryl, granddaughters, Emalie and Bailey, brothers, Edward Sanchez, Roland (Jackie) Sanchez, Jimmy (Terry) Sanchez, James (Ana) Sanchez, sisters, Cynthia (Miguel) Valdivia and Vanessa Sanchez and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, March 16, 2018 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A Funeral Mass will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Holy Family Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens.
