Maria Guadalupe Valls AKA Mary Valls, age 86, passed away Saturday, December 2, 2017 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Mary was born in Kingsville, Texas to Prajedez and Elisa Rodriguez. Mary lived a beautiful and exciting life, full of love and close family ties. She loved to cook and owned several restaurants and night clubs in her lifetime. Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Valls, son Arnold Valls Jr., daughter Veronica Valls, grandchildren Jonathan Valls and Veronica Valls II.
She is survived by her children, Rose Valls Boudreaux, Cynthia Valls Halfmann, Steve Valls, Karlus Valls, Phillip Valls, Gerome Valls; 23 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren, 3 great great granddaughters; 2 brothers Augustine Rodriguez, Armando Rodriguez and 1 sister Mary Alice Martinez. Brother in law Luis Valls and sister in law Olga Valls and numerous family members, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home with a Prayer Service to be held at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.
