Linda Krueger Woodard passed away December 14, 2017.  She was born August 12, 1958 in San Antonio, TX to Carl and Patricia Krueger.  She moved to Rockport in 1963 with her parents and sister, Carla.  Linda enjoyed growing up fishing, swimming, and horseback riding on the island community of Key Allegro developed by her father.
She graduated from Rockport-Fulton High School in 1978 and attended St. Edwards University in Austin majoring in Fine Art.  She was a talented artist and knowledgeable antique dealer.  Her passion for the search for bargain treasures fueled her resale shop in downtown Rockport for many years.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, although in her mother’s case by merely hours.  She is survived by her husband, Lawrance Woodard; sister, Carla Krueger Rinche; nephew, Maximilian Rinche and niece, Marisa Neal(Jason).  She leaves behind her beloved dogs, Izzy and Coco, who truly were her family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of Aransas County.  A gathering to celebrate the life of Glenda Krueger Woodard will be held January 7th at 2 p.m. at 2167 4th Street Ingleside Texas.
