Freddie L. Robinson, age 89, went home to be with our Lord on January 09, 2018. He was born on February 28, 1928 in San Antonio, Texas to Wesley and Maebelle Robinson. He was employed by Berry Trucking. He enjoyed participation in family functions, BBQ, fishing, parties and reunions.
He will always be remembered as a fun, loving, family man. He was known to many as “Pops”.
He went to join our Lord, his parents, brothers, sisters, and one son.
He leaves to carry on his legacy, his wife of 50 years, Bobbie J., his children, Alfred J (Linda), Frank R., Michael (Cynthia), Jackie ( Alvory), and Michelle (Marion), 20 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and extended family and friends.
A Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, January 15, 2018 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at St. John First Baptist Church. Interment to follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
The repast will be at St. John First Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, 1620 N. Port, after the service.
