Antonio Earhart Botello Jr., age 68, passed away on Sunday, May 28, 2017.
He was born on May 17, 1949 in Corpus Christi, Texas to the late Antonio and Emma Botello Sr. Following his high school graduation from Roy Miller High School, Tony enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps from 68-70. After completing his tour in the Marines, Tony enjoyed mechanic work, fishing and weight lifting. Tony was a loving Brother, Father, Grandfather, and Great Grandfather.
Tony is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Ernestina Botello, and his sister Mary Ann Botello.
Tony is survived by his Daughter, Michele Botello, three sons: Antonio (Sandra) Botello III, William Botello Sr., and Joel Botello; seven grandchildren: Destiny, Cassandra, William Jr., Isaiah, Kristen, Alfonso Jr., & Scott; five great grandchildren: Olivia, Audrey, Jessie, Aaliyah, & William III; six siblings: Ceve, Bobby, Roland, Leo, Minnie, and John Joe; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday, June 19, 2017 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Corpus Christi Funeral Home.
Interment will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be; Antonio Botello III, Scott Botello, William Botello Jr, Eric Botello, Mario Luna and Juan Luna.
